When we decided to move we considered long and hard about which estate agents to use. Since our last move 20 years ago things have changed with the advent of “Online” Estate Agents and their promises of No Commission etc. However we decided on Eltze Estates because quite frankly no-one knows the local market like they do and the customer service that we received from Mark and the rest of the team was superb. It is only when things go wrong, (No fault of Eltze Estates) that you truly realise the value of having very experienced and knowledgeable staff a telephone or quick drive away, who can give you the reassurance and much needed help that we required. All in all we could not have asked for a better Estate Agent and thank them for all their hard work and patience over the course of our successful sale.
